■ Regarding delivery of regular items
Orders and payments made by 2 PM on the same day will be shipped on the same day.
Orders and payments made after 2 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
*Excluding weekends and public holidays
*Does not apply during periods of high order volume (e.g., sales, events, after consecutive holidays)
*Some items, such as pre-order and advance order items, are excluded.
*Delivery dates vary by region (e.g., remote islands).

■ Regarding shipping fees
Shipping is free for orders totaling 16,500 yen (tax included) or more.
For orders totaling less than 16,500 yen (tax included), a flat shipping fee of 660 yen (tax included) applies nationwide.
*For Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, the fee is 1,650 yen (tax included).

■ Regarding returns, exchanges, and order cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept returns of items due to personal customer reasons (e.g., wrong size, different image, incorrect order).
*As you cannot physically inspect the products, we strive to provide detailed descriptions of materials and designs, size indications, and detailed images for each product.
*If you have any questions about product specifications, colors, etc., please inquire before placing your order.
