Angel R Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Takahashi Reika, hereinafter referred to as "our company") has filed a civil lawsuit in the Tokyo District Court against dazzy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "dazzy") for selling multiple products that imitated the designs of our dresses.

We are pleased to announce that a court has ruled that dazzy violated the Unfair Competition Prevention Act (imitation of designs) with regard to the five dresses listed below, and that the ruling has now been finalized in our favor without any appeal.

Furthermore, we consider the designs of the dresses we produce and sell to be our most important intellectual property in terms of our business.

If we determine that our intellectual property rights have been infringed by a third party, we will continue to take firm action.
