■ About delivery

Products will be delivered within 1 to 3 days of your order.

Returns, exchanges and defective products

<Returns>
・Please note that we cannot accept returns of products due to personal reasons (wrong size, different image, wrong order, etc.).
*Since you cannot actually see and touch the products, we make an effort to provide descriptions of the material and design, size information, and detailed images for each product.
*If you have any questions about product specifications or colors, please contact us before placing your order.
・We only accept returns in the following cases:

Exchange
・If you wish to exchange an item for personal reasons such as incorrect size or image, we will only accept exchanges for the same item (same color or a different color, or a different size).

・If we determine that the product is defective, we may exchange it for the same product.
If you would like to exchange the product, please contact us via the inquiry form within 5 days of receiving the product.
*The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and fees incurred in this case.
<<Defective Product>>
We take every precaution with the quality of our products as well as their packaging and shipping, but if you notice any of the following problems with your product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
(1) Beads falling off or fraying over a large area
[2] Missing buttons, straps, hooks, etc.

If you receive a defective product, please take a photo of the defective part and contact us via the inquiry form , attaching the photo.
*We pay close attention to inspection, but as these products are manufactured overseas, there may be poor stitching, slight fraying, or small scratches.
*Please note that as a general rule, slight fraying, small scratches, etc. are not considered defective products.
*Please note that if the zipper is stiff and difficult to open and close at the seam, it does not constitute a defective product.

※About the cooling off system※
Under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, sales on this site are not subject to the cooling-off period.

The cooling-off period is a system designed to protect customers from forced sales, such as door-to-door sales, and does not apply to mail order sales (including internet sales), which allow customers to consider purchasing of their own volition.

■ Return and exchange conditions

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases, regardless of the reason.
Upon receiving the product, please inspect it yourself.
(1) If the product tag has been removed or lost

[3] If the item has been used or there are signs of it having been used

(4) If the item has been washed, cleaned, hemmed, or repaired or processed. (5) If the product page states that the item cannot be returned.

Our company will decide whether or not to accept returns and exchanges based on the above criteria.

Please note that even if you return the product following our designated procedures, we may refuse to accept the return or exchange if we determine that the actual condition of the product differs from the information you provided in advance.

■ Return and exchange procedure

[1] Please contact us via the inquiry form within 5 days of receiving the product .
*If you return the product without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange. Please note that we will not accept the returned product.
[2] Please return the item within 3 days of receiving our reply. In the case of a refund, please include the refund account information in the email we send you.

[3] Once we have confirmed receipt of the product, we will ship the product within 7 business days in the case of an exchange, or within 14 business days in the case of a refund.

■ Points to note regarding packaging and shipping methods when returning items

[1] When returning the product, please be sure to use a shipping method that is "trackable" and "insured" (there is no requirement to specify a shipping company).
Example: Yu-Pack, Takkyubin, Hikyaku Takkyubin, etc.

[2] You do not need to use the original packaging materials used for shipping the product, but please use packaging that is strong enough to prevent water damage and maintain the condition of the product, and cardboard or paper bags that fit the size of the product, so that the packaging will be in the same condition as when the product was shipped. [3] Please refrain from attaching the shipping slip directly to the shoe box or accessories when returning the product.
(4) If the condition of the product upon return is deemed to be significantly different from when it was delivered, we will refuse to accept the return or exchange.
[5] Please be careful not to include personal items in the package. If personal items are included, they may be discarded without prior notice or consent.
[6] Please note that if the shipping method or packaging condition at the time of return does not meet the above conditions, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
*Customers will be solely responsible for any delivery issues (loss, damage, etc.) that occur when using delivery methods that cannot be tracked or are not insured, such as regular mail or non-standard-sized mail, as well as any damage or soiling that occurs when the item is not packaged properly.

■ Regarding non-delivery of products due to long-term absence or refusal to receive the product

If you are not at home If we are unable to deliver the product because you are not at home, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. Please prepare the delivery notice and request redelivery from Sagawa Express.
If you are unable to collect your parcel within the storage period, please prepare the parcel tracking number listed in the shipping completion notification email and contact Sagawa Express accordingly (it may be possible to redeliver your parcel after the storage period has expired).

・If you are unable to receive the parcel due to long-term absence, refusal to receive it, or unknown address
If you are unable to collect your parcel within Sagawa Express's storage period due to reasons such as extended absence, refusal to accept, or unknown address, the parcel will be automatically returned to our store.
In this case, we will charge you for the costs incurred in returning the product (round-trip shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees), the cost of packaging materials, and any other damages incurred by our company.
If you wish to have the item re-sent, a re-shipping fee will be charged in addition to the cost of returning the item. In this case, we will contact you separately with details on the re-shipping fee, etc.

-When placing an order, please be sure to check and register your exact address including the house number, building name, room number, etc.
・If you have to leave suddenly and will be away for an extended period of time

If you have to leave suddenly after ordering and shipping and are unable to receive your package, please check the shipping slip number in the shipping completion email and contact Sagawa Express.
・Refusal to accept cash-on-delivery items
If you decline (reject) receipt of an item that has been shipped cash on delivery, the item will be returned to our store.
If the delivery is refused, the store will incur losses in the form of shipping costs, cash-on-delivery fees, packaging materials, and the time spent on packaging.
Therefore, if the item is returned to us without a valid reason, such as refusal to accept the COD delivery or expiration of the storage period, we will charge you for the round-trip shipping costs, COD fees, and packaging materials.
・About shipping charges in case of long-term absence or cancellation of delivery refusal
If the item is cancelled after it has been shipped due to an extended absence or refusal to accept it, shipping charges for both ways will be incurred.
Even for products with free shipping, shipping charges will be incurred and must be paid by our store to the delivery company. In this case, we will charge you the total amount including both shipping charges and handling fees.
*In mail order sales, the buyer is deemed to have the intention to purchase and pay for the product at the time of ordering, the Mail Order Act comes into effect, and both parties assume responsibility for sales and purchases.

■ About canceling your order

-Orders placed after 2pm on the same day and before 10am the following day can be cancelled up until 10am the following business day
・Orders made from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on the same day
→Cancellation is possible up until 2pm on the day of your reservation. If you wish to cancel, please contact us using the inquiry form .
